Module 5

To be honest Blogging ended up being a more informative and enjoyable experience than I had expected. Many of the Blogs which I viewed were what I had expected and I was not impressed, but some of the news Blogs were to my surprise very well put together and interesting. My overall feeling about the worth of this assignment to the importance of the class was that it was very effective. This being a media and society class the project seemed to work as a great tool to integrate the students with the actual subject being taught. My final thesis statement has not changed, however I will recognize that I had underestimated the world of Blogging in general. I still don’t feel that Blogs will significantly impact corporate journalism in particular due to its lack of credible gatekeepers
